Common questions about plans and billing.

Do paid plans include support?
Yes. Pro includes email support and Team adds priority support. Enterprise customers get a dedicated account manager and an SLA. The Free plan is community-supported.
Is there a free trial?
The Free plan is the easiest trial: 3 devices, no card required. Paid plans include a 14-day money-back guarantee.
Can I pay monthly, or only annually?
Both. Annual billing saves roughly 20% versus monthly. Use the toggle above to compare. We don't auto-renew without notice. You'll get a reminder before any renewal.
How do I upgrade or downgrade?
Pay from Pricing or from Billing on your account. A successful payment replaces the current plan right away and adds time onto the later of today and your current end date. A Pro payment on a Team account becomes Pro. Paystack emails the receipt. Refunds follow the 14-day guarantee on the refund page.
What payment methods do you accept?
Prices are shown in dollars. International card checkout is not open yet, so payment is arranged with sales. The public page follows the country of the connection. There is no switch to pick naira or dollars. After a payment, Billing keeps the currency of that charge, so a VPN does not change it. Naira checkout is Paystack. International checkout is not open on the site yet. If the currency looks wrong, contact sales. Bank transfer for annual or Enterprise: same address.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The price you see covers everything listed in the plan. No setup fees, no per-session charges.
Do you offer non-profit or education discounts?
Yes. We offer discounts for registered non-profits and educational institutions. Get in touch with a bit about your organization.
Where does my data live, and is it private?
Sessions are locked end-to-end between your devices. Our servers only pass along scrambled data they cannot read. And your account lives on our own systems, not with a third party.
