Delete your ShamarrConnect account

This page is how you request deletion of your ShamarrConnect account and the data stored with it. You can use it even if you have already uninstalled the app.

How to request deletion

Email privacy@shamarrconnect.com from the same address you use to sign in. Subject line: Delete ShamarrConnect account.

If you have an active paid plan, say so in the email (or cancel on Pricing first). Deleting the account does not by itself issue a refund; that follows the Refund Policy.

What we delete

• Your account (email and hashed password)
• Saved devices, labels, and address-book entries
• Connection routing records tied to your account
• Team membership and invites on that account

We do not store the contents of remote sessions (screen, keyboard, files, clipboard), so there is nothing of that kind to delete.

How long it takes

We process requests within 14 days. You will get a confirmation email when the account is gone.

What we may keep, and why

Invoices and payment records that tax or anti-fraud rules require us to keep. Those are not used to run the app after deletion. See the Privacy statement.
